Bespoke design and fabrication
With Computer aided Design drawing capabilities, we can offer a tailored design and fabrication service for one-off or large scale production products. This service allows us to calculate approximate weights and for you to check the product is exactly as you require before incurring any large costs.
With our strong industrial links we can offer:
- Laser cutting up to 25mm thick 4m x 2m maximum size with a 0.25mm accuracy
- Plasma/gas Cutting up to 240mm thick 13m x 5m maximum size with a 1mm accuracy
- Folding up to 6500 Long x 25mm.
- H.S and R.H.S Rolling up to 250 x 150 x 10mm
- Tube Rolling up to 180mm x 10mm
- Plate rolling up to 3050 x 25mm
- Cut steel to a tolerance of + – 0.5mm
- Punching up to 50mm diameter through 10mm plate
- Turning of bar/tube up to 3m x 650mm
We can also supply laser cut S.H.S (Box), C.H.S (Tube), RSJ and angle.
This offering means we can fabricate products to your exact specification. Alternatively, we can offer design only, supply only or fabrication only.
